Return and Revision Policy
Returns:
- You may return any Ready To Wear compression garment within 30 days of purchase date
- Must be unworn and unwashed
- Subject to a $5 re-stocking fee
- You may opt for a refund, exchange or credit
Revisions:
- We provide Fitting Appointments to make sure the custom garments fit well
- If they do not, you may revise the garment within 30 days of arrival date
- We do not provide refunds for custom compression garments
- Things that cannot be revised: level of compression (mmHg), color/design, style (knee high vs thigh high, glove vs gauntlet)
- Custom compression garments may be altered (ie adding silk lining, adding silicone border) within 30 days of arrival date, and are subject to a $30 alteration fee, plus the price of whatever alteration you need
